1. RESIDENT MANAGER
Job Description /Minimum Qualifications : The Resident Manager is responsible for on-site management of local
apartments facility. This person will monitor residents to ensure they comply with lease and site rules, and for rent
collection and proper housing documentation; ensures the property is maintained at a high standard and obtains repairs
as necessary; also directs and assists part-time maintenance and housekeeping staff. This person will live off-site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assures proper procedures and timelines are followed for tenant initial Certification and annual Recertification.
· Ensures tenant reference and criminal background checks are completed prior to move in.
· Maintains up-to-date tenant files according to policies and procedures.
· Collects rents and makes deposits according to procedure and maintains an up-to-date Rent Roll and Monthly Rent
Deposit Report.
· Maintains an active waiting list and keeps prospective residents informed of wait status.
· Inspects the building and grounds on a daily basis to ensure proper security, cleanliness, and repair are maintained.
· Records incoming Maintenance requests and coordinates completion with Maintenance staff and vendors.
· Coordinates and facilitates monthly tenant meetings.
· Assists in tracking data and the completion of annual reports as requested.
· Coordinates purchases of office, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies per policy.
· Assures on-site compliance with all property policies and procedures.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience working in property management.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Pay Rate $13.00 - $14.00/HR, DOQ. F/T
